Wow! I've had issues with my car for the past 3 years, and after taking it here for a diagnosis, they just... fixed it. I can't say enough good things about this place, they are professional, courteous, and do incredible work. Although I live in Calgary, I will be making a trip to come here moving forward. And I will be referring everyone I know to this place. Thanks again!

As always the service is amazing at Erol's! My latest service was a 1928 Chrysler ...98 years young.... We take all our vehicle to Erols ..new and old because they care and are always realistic about what needs to be repaired and when. Tremendous value all around! Amazing people and fantastic service. 5 Stars.

Dropped my truck off for a parasitic draw off the battery’s they checked the battery’s with an amp clamp after the computer went to sleep. Said there was no draw this probably took all of 15 minutes. Then I asked if I could have a night switch installed and they said disconnecting the battery’s at night may erase my TCM . Not sure how that would happen then was charged full price for a diagnostic ($225) no other notes made about possible lights staying on or if they were going to check again later that day

Excellent service! They do not try to charge you more than what you really need. They fix your car without trying to overcharge on parts you don’t need. I recommend this shop to everyone in Cochrane.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took my 1967 Chevrolet C10 ("Baby Blue") into Erol's Automotive for what I thought would be a routine spring service and tune-up. Instead, I found a shop that genuinely cares about their customers and the vehicles they work on. From the moment I dropped off the truck, Ashley kept me updated almost daily. She explained everything in plain English, answered every question I had (despite my very limited mechanical knowledge), and patiently walked me through all my options. At no point did I ever feel pressured or upsold. Their focus was simply on helping me make the right decisions for the truck. A huge shoutout to Codey. You can tell almost immediately that classic cars aren't just a job to him, they're a passion. He found and corrected several overdue safety issues, tuned the engine, and treated Baby Blue as if it were his own. The attention to detail and pride in his work are obvious the moment you drive away. What impressed me most was the communication, honesty, and genuine enthusiasm from the entire team. They don't just fix vehicles, they build trust. If you're looking for a mechanic in Cochrane, whether it's a daily driver or a cherished classic, I can't recommend Erol's Automotive highly enough. They've earned a customer for life.

Best shop in Cochrane, honest, reliable, friendly staff that happen to be wicked techs. I get my oil changed just to have an honest tech look over my car that won’t up sale me on an air filter.

The front staff, and the Shuttle driver are excellent. The shop mechanics have served me well. There is always an estimate of service and if something exact needs doing I am always asked if I want it done. I am very pleased with the service.

Erols Automotive has always treated me with honest information from the initial service writers to the expert mechanical services with zero callbacks for subpar work. Their techs who have worked on my vehicles have been topnotch. It’s the only place in Cochrane, I will choose to take my vehicle too.

I have been going to Erol's for about 5 years. The service has been consistently excellent; no needless repairs, excellent diagnosis. But the real value is them going "above and beyond". Had another repair shop replace my tires and they said all 4 tire pressure monitors needed replacement. Replaced them, took the old ones to Erol's who said the old ones worked fine. Took the new ones back to the original shop where they refunded our money. We had a concern around the anti lock braking system. Erol took us for a test drive, explained how they worked and they were fine; huge relief. Just yesterday, had a fast blinker, dropped by; Erol came out, replaced a bulb and sent us on our way, no charge. Simply exemplary service from the front end staff to the mechanics to Erol himself. Would give them 6 stars if I could.

Chose Erol's because it's close to home but outside of that, very happy with the service. The details of what is happening with my car are clear and the front staff are always friendly.

Had a bumper to bumper inspection done on a 1996 Ford F-150 truck. Complete thorough report received with photos. Also received an estimate to repair each issue individually. Very professional and staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!

A well run business.

I do a lot of our car maintenance and repair myself. But when stuck we bring our vehicles to Erol’s. Recently had the engine light on. Didn’t have time so we went to Erol’s. The kind tech guy did a quick diagnostic check, no charge, and reset the codes. And … gave us some good advice to keep an eye on things. We are good to go now thanks to him. Going the extra mile :) is what Erol’s is all about!
